Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking Tours and Shuttles
1.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website at www.breakertours.co.za, email info@breakertours.co.za, or by calling +27 72 173 7542.
1.2 A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
1.3 Full payment for the tour/shuttle is due at least 7 days prior to the travel date. Bookings may be canceled if payment is not received on time.
1.4 Bookings made within 7 days of travel must be paid in full immediately.
Cancellation by Customer
2.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to tour/shuttle date will receive a full refund minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.
2.2 Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior will receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date are non-refundable.
2.4 No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable and non-changeable.
2.5 Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@breakertours.co.za.
Cancellation by Breaker Touring
3.1 All tours/shuttles are subject to minimum attendance. We reserve the right to cancel departures that do not meet minimum requirements.
3.2 In the event we must cancel a tour/shuttle, customers will be notified promptly and refunded in full.
Changes and Amendments
4.1 Name changes, date changes or other amendments are subject to availability and administration fees.
4.2 Details of any amendment fees or charges are available on request.
