Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings and Payments 1.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone number provided. 1.2 A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking. 1.3 Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the tour/shuttle date. 1.4 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, EFT, and cash (for office bookings).
  2. Cancellations and Refunds 2.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the tour/shuttle date will be refunded the full amount minus the 20% deposit. 2.2 Cancellations between 7-14 days will be refunded 50% of the total cost. 2.3 Cancellations less than 7 days before the tour/shuttle date will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Tour/Shuttle Operation 3.1 All tours/shuttles are subject to minimum numbers being met. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if minimums are not reached. 3.2 Breaker Touring is not responsible for closures, delays or schedule changes caused by situations outside our control. 3.3 Guests must follow all instructions from our tour guides/drivers and conduct themselves appropriately.
  4. Liability and Indemnity 4.1 Breaker Touring accepts no liability for personal injury, loss/damage of personal items, or other losses incurred while on our tours/shuttles. 4.2 All guests participate in our tours/shuttles at their own risk.
  5. General 5.1 These terms are subject to change without prior notice. The latest version on our website applies. 5.2 South African law governs these terms and any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
